About the Event

Join us for a virtual information session on the UK Shared Prosperity Fund taking place on Tuesday 6th September at 3pm. What is the UK Shared Prosperity Fund? The UK Shared Prosperity Fund (UKSPF) is an Investment Plan for Northern Ireland, led by the Department for Levelling Up, Housing and Communities (DLUHC). Why does it exist? The UKSPF is the domestic successor to European Structural Funds (Pre-Brexit) and represents £127m of funding for Northern Ireland, this includes around £105m of funding to help communities and place, support local business and people and skills needs, as well as £22m for adult numeracy. The Investment Plan is currently in development and therefore, a Partnership Group has been formed to create the plan for Northern Ireland. It contains a diverse range of representatives across sectors, including the social enterprise sector.
