MACS Supporting Children and Young People are hosting our End Youth Homelessness Sleep Out at Banana Block on the 24th November 2022.
Its only 3 weeks until Sleep Out but its not too late to register as we keep sponsor money for weeks after the event, up to January.
To secure your place, register here : https://www.eventbrite.co.uk/e/macs-end-youth-homelessness-sleep-out-2022-registration-429678649407
This year, children aged 10+ accompanied by an adult are welcome to join the challenge (£5 each) and we’ve added an option for people who can’t come to Belfast on the 24th, to organise their own Sleep Out any date in November.
Sleep Out is a chance to recognise the experiences of those at risk or experiencing homelessness but its also a fun night. This year comedian Micky Bartlett will be doing stand-up and Gathering Drum will provide a drum circle. There’ll be hot food and drinks courtesy of Bodega Bagel and we’ve a few other surprises up our sleeve.
We hope some of you can join us again this year, either at Banana Block or by planning your own End Youth Homelessness Sleep Out ( register via Eventbrite and our team will get in touch with tips for a DIY Sleep Out).
If you are registering as a workplace or organisation team, get in touch with Carla at email@example.com . We can reduce the registration fees for larger groups. Also if the cost of registering is prohibitive but you’re passionate about supporting MACS please get in touch.
Even if you can’t join Sleep Out this year , please help us spread the word.
You can use the images below to mention us on your social media @MACSNI (@MACS_NI on Twitter) @EYH_UK #Sleepout
Every one of you has helped a young person life in Northern Ireland already. We hope we’ll see some of you again on the 24th.
