Claire joins the team with a wealth of knowledge having spent the last 22 years in administration in both the charity & private sector. She has worked with organisations such as Help the Aged (now Age NI) and most recently for one of UK’s top 100 companies, Gilbert-Ash Ltd, a long established and award-winning construction company.

After the last 5 years spent working at Gilbert-Ash, Claire is excited for a new challenge within a new organisation to bring value to both the team and the wider SENI membership businesses. Outside of her day job, Claire has a passion for singing and for the last 26 years has been performing for people at various events and weddings including the Women in Business Awards.

Rachel joins with over 8 years' experience working in a variety of B2B and B2C marketing roles, mainly across the software and medical industry in Northern Ireland and abroad. She has always felt fervently passionate about supporting businesses with a social, humanitarian and environmental backbone and is delighted to join an organisation that is 100% focused on supporting and advocating for positive social impact.

Rachel has degrees from QUB including a BSc in International Business and Spanish (2016) and a MSc in Marketing which was completed alongside her marketing role in 2018.

On speaking about the recent employment Chief Executive, Colin Jess has said:

" I am thrilled that we have expanded the team to include Claire and Rachel who will join us in our ongoing mission of supporting the social enterprise sector in N. Ireland. As we celebrate 10 years of SENI's existence this year, we are also celebrating what will be a new era for the organisation with more people bringing additional skill sets to the team. Claire and Rachel each bring something different and I can't wait to see how they settle and flourish into their new roles with us.”
